On Sunday 8 November we mark Remembrance Sunday with two minutes silence at the start of the service, in commemoration of all who have died in conflict, or been affected in body, mind or spirit by the horrors of war. We will pray for those who bear the scars of war and lift up to God those in the world who are experiencing conflict today, praying for reconciliation and peace.
As part of the service, we will have the violinist, Anthony Knight, joining in our worship. He is on a Pilgrimage of Hope, travelling around churches, sharing his music in support of UNICEF. You can find out more and support his appeal HERE.
