Ash Wednesday
We gather together at 7.30pm on Wednesday 26th Feb for our Ash Wednesday service. It’s a time of lamenting all that is wrong in ourselves and in the world, and turning back to God. Our foreheads are marked with a cross of ash as a sign of being sorry and we receive Communion together, receiving forgiveness and mercy.
All are welcome to this service, as we enter into the season of Lent.
