Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday falls on 14 February this year, and there are two opportunities to receive the ashes on your forehead, as a sign of repentance and turning back to God.

At the Wellbeing Cafe (10.30-12) we will have a short ashing service towards the end of the morning for those who would like to take part. And at 6.30-7.30pm, we will have a reflective service of ashes and Holy Communion, as we mark the beginning of Lent.
